Can't get any animations working

Recommended Posts

Hey guys, I just got Oblivion and I'm loving it (yes I know I'm behind)

And I was interested in the modding community and of course stumbled upon this website. It was great, I downloaded as much as I could for BBB animations and all the clothes and sexywalks and whatnot. I also downloaded Coronerras' Maximum Compatibility Skeletons cause I read that it's needed for the animations.

I got all my mods finally ready and installed into my data directory.

When I started Oblivion up, I had all the costumes and the DMRA clothes and such. Just none of the bouncing or sexywalks were shown. No animation whatsoever.

I don't know what I was doing wrong so i just uninstalled Obvlivion to delete all the files. Then I stumbled upon HanPL's complete BBB collection (which I seriously appreciated). It had all the files required so i figured that I'll download that. Did it and overwrote everything. Still no good.

I have no idea what to do and I figured maybe the community can help a newbie out. Here's some facts

1. Oblivion game directory isn't located in program files but somewhere else in my C: drive

2. I've heard about this Wyre Bash thing but never heard about it and idk what it does and if its necessary.

That's all there really is. I'd really appreciate any assitance with this matter. Thanks :D

To make Boobs bounce in oblivion you need three things:

1. Bouncing clothes mesh or nude body mesh.

2. Bouncing skeleton (growlf's universal skeleton is the latest).

3. kf files for it (walking or any other animation).

Most body's are bbb enabled so pick one that appeals to your taste.

Bear in mind that you also should select one that will go with the clothes mods that you get (you can still use some other body clothes mods but there will be seams and other visual oddities if you do).

You can use the maximum skeleton or grab the "universal skeleton" your choice. Some mods may require one or the other or even some variation in between. The universal skeleton is available at the nexus.

Lastly you need to grab some kf or animation files (like walking and such). A talented modder by the name of FORE (who will likely kick my butt if I don't mention his mods) will cover this last base :)http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=35551

Be sure to read the description page as he explain quite thoroughly there how to get BBB going. :)

Note: he also has a breathing idle which is REALLY cool: http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=40462

Lastly you mention Wrye Bash - this Fantastic tool won't get boobs bouncing but it may save your game! Seriously I do recommend getting if for nothing more than its bashed patch. You can get it at the nexus as well and if you type in wrye bash in the nexus search function it will also pull up a pictorial guide to teach you how to use wrye.

Have fun....:)

Thanks a lot for replying! And sorry for having this thread in another category. Guess I just couldn't find a good place to put it.

Thanks also for your links and other quick tips. I just wanted to clarify things. Put all the mods that I have now in my directory, download fore's BBB animation replacer and Grwolf's uiniversal skeleton.nif and I should be golden?

And are there any BBB bodies mods that you recommend? :D Thanks Ahead!

My taste runs to HGEC H cup (type B) but that is just me. :)

However' date=' DRMA is also quite popular.

As to installs - make sure that all esp, esm files are put into

oblivion\data\

As well as and mesh, ini, or texture folders.

I know how it pains folks but reading the readme can save you some headaches :)

Ok Thanks again, but one more question :D. I should download Fore's BBB animation replacer, and then I can download BBB for BBB (http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=33441) and Umpa's Sexy Walk (http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=34232, Yes, I know its only the replacer and need the actualy file)? I wanted to make sure before I start putting all the files in :D Thank You Very Much
