Suddenly, all sex scenes are blowjobs

I have been playing FO3/FNV TTW with a female PC all the way through the Capital Wilderness and now in New Vegas from Goodsprings to Boulder City with no problems with SexoutNG or any of the Sexout mods I'm using. Now something has happened and every time sex is initiated through dialogue (for example, through Sexout Soliciting), no matter what the client agrees to (anal, pussy, blowjob), and despite what the mod messages say is happening (for example, "I'm really going to enjoy your ass"), the animation played is a blowjob.

 

So something, somehow, got stuck. I've looked though the MCM options and can't see anything relevant to resetting animations. Are there any console commands that I could use to figure out what's wrong and/or fix the problem?

Well, after many, many, many more hours of play, leveling up at least 20 levels, the problem has gone away by itself. All I did was to keep trying periodically until it started working again.
