Can anyone identify this wheel menu for me?

I added SLSF and adjacent mods, so it's presumably from that family. That said, I can't find it any MCM page.

 

 

It's currently mapped to the down arrow, which keeps triggering when I use Jaxonz Positioner, and I do that a lot. If I can find the damn thing, I can either disable it, or map it to something less intrusive, Depending on what it actually does, I suppose...

The wheel itself is feature from mod UIExtensions, but iirc that mod alone doesnt do much on its own, its utilized by other mods. Try checking which mods might have that as requirement, and you might find what is causing it. For example, when I disable UIE, my AddItemMenu gives me a warning of missing master files.

Ah, so it is. And it's in a completely different part of the MCM menu from SLSF Comments, which is what I was looking at.
