Camera Issues after Scenes End

Recommended Posts

I've had this issue since LE and I still have it on SE.

Sometimes, I get camera bugs when ending a SexLab scene.
It seems to be related to using alternate methods of changing camera to free.

Sexlab has a built-it method. But I also have FreeFlyCam which toggles it with the pressing of another key, and there is also the command codes like tfc and tfc 1

Maybe using True Directional Movement also contributes to camera bugs happening, but that's just a wild guess.

I still havent found a way to consistently "map" a flowchart of the appearance of this issue but it generally works like IE:

-Starting a scene

-Camera doesn't change automatically to free fly (even if I have the option checked at SexLab MCM)), so I proceed to use another method, like the tfc command ot the FreeFlyCam key.

-When the scene ends, my controls are broken. Mousewheel no longer zooms in and out in third person, and the left click button stops working (so something as simple as weapon swing is no longer useable)

-If I remap the primary attack button on the menu to something other than left mouse, attacks seem to work again, so what's broken is the button, not the attack function)

And lately I've had instances of an even worse instance of this issue.

-When scene ends, now the camera is stuck on a single direction, so I'm unable to rotate it. Still follows the character, but the character rotates without the camera following that rotation

-I noticed I'm also unable to save game in this state, as the options appear greyed out.

In all of the cases, the command enableplayercontrols seems to do nothing. As well as any transformations like werewolf. When SexLab scenes change the camera, the only way to be safe is to let them and absolutely nothing else mess with the camera.

I think this is about most of it.
If I'm careful not to do some things while doing a SL scene, I can avoid triggering these bugs, but it's still annoying as muscle memory and rush sometimes make critical bugs be waiting at the press of a key, and every time one of these happens, the only fix is to restart the game and reload.

I realize it's hard to troubleshoot stuff from big modlists without disabling mods and a lot of trial and error, but maybe someone has seen this before and has better understading of why it happens.
So is this known or happens to anyone else?
