Help with futanari mods

I really need some clarification with downloading some spicy girldick mods cause I cant wrap my head around it. I have Skyrim AE/SE version 1.6.640.0 and have CBBE 3BA body mod installed, I use vortex to install mods. I tried my own research with ended up with me getting even more confused, I cant understand all the SOS/ SOS futa mods and the TRX stuff. Some explanations and tips would be much appreciated. I would also appreciate it if you could explain it to me like Im a retarded child and give some fixes for common issues that I might encounter. Thank you
