Does FutaFEV works with AAF Sex 'em up?

If I make a female player character with FutaFEV, can I give her male animations when in scenes with female characters? and can I even give male npcs female animations on the same case?

Yes it works. after you create the syringe ( the Syringe makes you Male in AAF so you will use male animations/ positions) and use it you need to save and reload for it to take effect. you can't turn males into female roles. not that i know of.
