I am confuse how Schlong of Skyrim works. Any help?

I recently added the mod, thinking I will see dongs but I see are men in underwear with bulge. How do I see dongs ? My character is female

I only play SE so it may be different, and I use MO2 and don't know what you use for installation, but when I installed the mod, I believe there was an option to remove that in the installation menus. Again, I don't know how it is for normal Skyrim or if I'm remembering correctly (it's been over a year), but I think that's how it was.

Read the mod requirements again - you also need compatible male body, like Better Males.
