Is there a mod that allows you to torture people?

My sadistic side asking, is there a mod where I can capture Raiders or whoever and torture them? I don't mean rape them, because I have mods for that. I mean, whip, electrocute, beat, etc. (This is for a video game, people. Calm down). I know a mod must exist, but I can't find one.

I have that one, but it's not what I'm looking for. Torture Devices only allows you to assign people to the devices and they mostly just stay there. The kind of mod I'm looking for is one where I can actually torture people.
