Adding Items to Francesco's Mod

So I was trying to add some armors to the various NPC's in the world through modifying the levelled lists, but each time I try, all the enemies just end up with nothing but calipers in their inventory. I followed the steps listed on Francesco's site but it didn't seem to work. If anyone has succeeded in doing so, please share your advice.

Grab TES4EDIT and install it (available at the nexus). It will allow you to see what the last mod (remember the last mod wins in conflicts) is equipping those npc's with. This will give you an idea of what mod\mods to actually modify..

Following your advice, TES4Edit said that there was an ID error with the item I tried to add. So I recreated the item and tried again and it worked. Thanks for the help.

Yea the CS can be fussy at times. I have had the very same thing happen to me too. Which is why I found out about tes4edit myself
