Career Physical Therapist Mod - fix this one or recco an alternative?

hello - i just tried using this Physical Therapist career mod from tumblrpotato and apparently it's way outdated (2018-ish). is anyone willing to perhaps take it over and post it here? I'm attaching the mod files here too.

 

if this is not viable does anyone know of an alternative?
