ENB: Initial blur on cell load

I'm using Patrician ENB and quite liking the result, with one exception. There's a dreadful blur when I enter a new area. It only lasts a second or two, but that's way too long for my eyes.

 

Anyone know what setting I need to tweak shorten the blur time? I've had a look but nothing leaps out at me. I've a feeling I'm missing a technical term.
