Like the title states, are there other options available to add to SOS besides what is packaged  with it?

TRX_Trixter has a few on this site (as well as a few more on Patreon) and there are a few other add-ons found on the Nexus and VP's site (though those are first and foremost for SAM).

Here are links to two different standalone version of SIMP, one is completely independent of other add-ons while the other needs the basic add-ons included with SOS (so all-in-one plug-ins are incompatible with it).

Yakub provided a few reptile themed SOS add-ons, those being Snake and Dragon.

There are also all of these things included under the Optional Files on the SOS download page itself.

SOS - Horse Cock can be found among these files, armor thread or no.
