Is there a tutorial on exporting a Body mesh

I've searched high and low but have yet to find a tutorial or even an explanation on how to export a modified body mesh. like femalebody_0 and 1.nif

3dsmax refuses to export for whatever reason and it's not like exporting a armor or weapon mesh. If anyone could point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated. I've searched through Nightasy's tuts but could'nt  find what I need, which is unusual he usually has everything. Or I possibly missed it somewhere.
