Looking for a mod that allows apartment rent to be paid via sex

Trying to set up a seamy game story, but I can't seem to find a mod that allows sims to pay rent via alternate means, surprisingly. Is there a mod that does that? 

 

I'm looking for something similar to how addicted sims could get drugs via sex in Basemental Drugs.

This is the type of gameplay mod Sims 4 Desperately needs. Good  idea.

With the release of the For Rent pack, I too thought this was going to become a feature in WW. Turbodriver said with the release of the pack on his Patreon:

 

"I'm pretty happy with the For Rent expansion pack and its potential with renting units, new events, and secrets. I definitely want to play around with these features and add sexy tenant events and kinky secrets to discover. There's so much new potential for storytelling!"

 

It was also a (very fun) feature in KinkyWorld for TS3, you could find out who your boss was, seduce them, then have sex with them for a bonus in career performance. I wonder why it hasn't been done yet.
