Undressing the Player Character doesn't remove thongs from The Amazing World of Bikini Armors

I'm playing Skyrim SE with Deviously Cursed Loot and TAWOBA installed and it's working just fine except for one little annoying detail: every time the player character is undressed (e.g. because she slept), all parts of the bikini armor are stripped except for the thong / bikini bottom. The same happens when the game equips, say, a chastity belt. It will strip all kinds of clothes from the character, but not the thong -- with feels kinda wrong.

Does anyone have a suggestion how I might be able to fix that?

I haven't had DCL installed for years now but I do remember there being multiple pages of MCM even back then, it had grown so large. I would think there has to be a way to select what slots are removed, you may need to ask this on the Mod page.

Then you just need to use xEdit to see what slot the thongs use. 49 and 52 are usual suspects but that doesn't mean it is so for all armour mods.

This is, of course, assuming that DCL is the reason for you sleeping naked and not another mod, like Go To Bed.

Edit: Sexlab (Under Strip Item Editor) will also show you what slots armour pieces occupy. As will Defeat under the Player as Victim page. To save you using xEdit.

Thank you very much for the explanation. The reference to the Strip Item Editor was particularly helpful! This allowed me to fix the issue in no time. ? The interaction with DCL isn't quite perfect yet, but I reckon I'll have to talk to them directly about that.
