Request: Simple Slave Collar (non DD/ZAZ)

Hello,

 

I was wondering if anyone knows of or could make a simple collar for npcs that has a very basic/immersive look to it such as the ones in this image (https://www.pixiv.net/en/artworks/98849050)

It could be metal like in the image, or just a simple string connecting to a wooden board/sign that says "slave" or "for sale" on it.  Has anyone seen a type of necklace/collar like the one I am describing?
