Problems with face and breasts.

I've recently re-installed FO4 after a two year hiatus and have run into the same problems I always run into when I first install the game.  One problem is when using a rather well endowed female preset her breasts are extremely saggy in game, or look like they're being pulled down by gravity.  This happens with every large breasted preset.  The second problem I installed a skin texture mod and in game the face is dark but the body skin is normal.  This happens with every skin texture mod.  Here is a screenshot can someone help?

Figured out the breasts issue it was OCBP.  I am using Fusion Girl the one hosted on this site.  I have another question.  Is it possible to add physics to this body?  What makes it better than CBBE?  I am still having the face issue though.

For the rusty face, you probably have some face texture mods with mismatched resolutions. They all need to be the same or that happens, so everything needs to be 1K, 2K, etc. For adding physics, using this mod is the simplest option:

Thank you for the help. :)

Okay everything is working except one thing.  I've fixed the dark face issue by deleting the Ultra resolution dlc.  My new problem is when I load a face preset that I've been using for several years it's all stretched out.  I read online that it is due to a missing mesh.  But the mesh that is "missing" is a vanilla hairstyle that works with the vanilla presets.  Let me show you what I mean:

I've never seen that before, so I'm not entirely sure what to do about it. If you haven't already, you could try just re-applying the hairstyle and see if that fixes it, and then re-save the preset.

Thanks for the response but I tried that, and every time the same result, but when I use one of the vanilla presets the hair displays fine.  I have all of the requirements for the face preset but still no fix.  I had this problem too two years ago when I last played.  I eventually fixed it but don't remember how.

Is this the preset you're using https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/12981?tab=posts ? There's a pinned comment about an issue that sounds similar. I guess there's a hair mod missing from the requirements, but I don't know why missing hair would cause the head to explode like that.

Yes, that's the one.  It's weird I've been using that preset for years with the same requirements and this has only happened once before.

This is a Looks Menu bug, as far as I can tell.

Because, it's not constant, one time it will freak out, load another preset or two that are fine, and then go back to the broken one and it's fine.

Accept the broken one, quit to the main menu, load the exit save and "generally" it's fixed. Sometimes you have to slm 14 again to get it to play nice.

Other times, they all load just fine. ?

I have over 500 presets, so I've seen that issue rather often.
