Fallout 3, Mod Organizer 2 and Steam

Is there a way to make Steam recognize FOSE and Mod Organizer 2 and vice versa. I want to have my play time logged along with being able to launch from MO2 with Steam taking that into account like it does for my other Bethesda games like Skyrim and Fallout 4. Steam overlay would be nice to have too. Thank you.

The interesting thing about FOSE is that you can run Fallout 3 without Steam running. (They obviously fixed that with later extenders for later games).  Anyway no idea to your question, but I suspect the answer would be no because of the aforementioned interesting fact.
