Where can I find a place with modders able to create a weapon ? (Can pay)

Hello,

 

Been thinking of playing Skyrim again with an OC I have in mind.

 

In terms of armor I can relatively create what I want but I’m having issues with the weapon. I was wondering where can I find and pay someone to make the weapon I designed ?

 

Nexus has a request section but nobody goes there tbh.

 

I tried looking but I only get the Nexus website in google search engine…

 

I’d be grateful if anyone could point me somewhere. Maybe ask a 3D artist to make the weapon and find another person to help convert the weapon to SE, would be more tedious but right now it seems there’s no better solution.
