Very strange issue when entering Whiterun

One of my characters can't seem to handle entering Whiterun atm. Everytime I enter Whiterun from the main gate or fast travel my game either freezes on black screen after loading or my character makes it past black screen but the screen freezes as soon as I move my camera. I tested on another character and was able to enter and move around Whiterun withoy freezing so it seems to be specific to the one character. I'll post my papyrus log in hopes someone knows what could be wrong.

go get a ' crash logger ' .

or you can try and find out what is interfering between one of your Characters and Whiterun with tesEdit .

Freezing is not the same as a crash.
