CAS Gender Breast Option and Pregnancy Both + Wicked Whims worked but now is broken

So I've made several characters who can both impregnate and be impregnated with the first mod, CAS Gender options. Usually, when they load in, they have a penis but no visible vagina, which makes sense due to the way the bottoms work. However, the last sim I made that was able to do both no longer has a penis when I load in. I've tried creating new sims and altering old ones, but in general they just refuse to have a visible penis anymore, when using the "female" gender button. Anyone have any idea what's going on?

Go to Wicked -> Personalization -> Clothes & Anatomy -> Genitals and set their genitals from there!
