Sex won't start for PC

Odd problem here. I'd like to try to save my save and still keep sexout content active, so asking here.  Sex will not start with the PC.  Tested as much as I could with multiple mods and actors, nothing that should be initiating sex actually does.  They just walk over, and then walk away as if dialogue just closed and nothing else.  Only the PC is affected.  Companions and NPCs are still going at it just fine.  The problem is also unique to this save and clears up completely with a new game.

 

I've done a clean save, updated my mods, and troubleshot the load order. No change.  Same with making a clean save and then reactivating sexout, so hidden tokens and quests are out.  I'm guessing there's some variables that are improperly set, and kept in the savefile.  Is there way to reset all the sexout variables from the console?

1) have your toon every been able to have sex with NPC's. If so if you return to a save when you could can your toon have sex with NPC's now?

2) even though you trouble shoot your load order it would be nice if we had a copy to look over as well.

3) Which version of NVSE are you using?

4) I personally don' t know of a way to reset the variables but would like to know as well.

 

The above should help start the process of figuring out what the issues is. I have to admit I am stumped. I had a similar problem once before and finally nuked my install and started over to solve that problem. Hope that doesn't have to be the case here. Sorry I can't give more info. Noticed that you had been waiting for a while so thought I would give some guidance even if it is just for some info that might help others solve the problem.
