Face changes shape

Whenever i make a face in racemenu the face i end up ingame has a different shape that the one i made, it's sometimes more noticeable than others but it's definately different (it's not only a lighting issue).

 

I've been having this problem since forever and i have no idea what's causing it and it has stayed with me trough multiple reinstalls and mod changes, i searched online and only found one (1) redit post from 11 years ago acknowledging my issue.

 

Has anyone seen this before? Am i an idiot? How do i fix it?
