I deleted some files that I shouldn't have.

So I was messing around with the "Joys of Perspective" mod, when I decided to back out after installing it because some things were not working, the only way to uninstall it it seems is to remove the _1stperson folder. I ended up deleting the folder and now my game crashes when I try to load a save or start a new game. I can't exactly figure out how to get these files back. Any help would be appreciated.

or cache validation like prideslayer says...

If you do a cache validation in steam, it will redownload/install any missing files.
