ok this is probably from the 90s but I remember it came up in some perfectly innocent searches at the time:)

 

it was a website by one artist who made fake mostly latex, scifi images, I think fake celeb, I remember they did a lot of 7of9, maybe some bondage?

 

I tried reddit TOMT but they removed the topic, damn prudes

 

I think it was famous and popular back in the day, but I am blank on the name.
