Dialogue Based Pickpocketing?

Essentially, what I want is a dialogue option to pickpocket people. 

Walk up to an NPC, initiate conversation, and from there, pickpocket them. Like a street grifter, or a magician type (the sorts of people who are within full sight of you but still manage to sneak a card into your shirt pocket, that kind of vibe.)

I think it'd be fun
