Computer specs: RTX 3060 TI and a Ryzen 5 7600X , 32gb of memory

Side note, its actually been a few years since I played skyrim se and I migrated from my old computer to the new one. I updated all my mods for SE and started a new game a few months back. I generally have no issues except for a few crashes maybe like 5 times  a day (which only happens when the game attempts to load but not concerned about this atm)

Issue - So whenever I'm indoors, a home, cave, etc, I have no Issues. However, when sexlab starts outside, first the game freezes about 3-6 times for about 12 seconds each. After the freezing/and positioning finally starts, my fps goes from 60 to 30 even after the sexlab animations ends, then when another scene starts, from 30 to like 15, etc etc till the game just isn't playable. Only way to fix this is to close/open the game. Loading or exiting to the main menu doesn't seem to help.

Now, I've been ignoring all my errors cause the game is playable and although my fps drops outside, I can point my camera to look at the scene from above and my fps goes back to 60 (it drops when I look anywhere else).

As far as I can see, all my mods..... or at least the ones that really matter are up to date. I'm on skyrim SE, not AE...... and wow, just realized I was on sexlab version 163 when 165 is out. I'll post this just in case and see if 165 will help.

Update - o wait, 165 is AE but whats GOG? I see AE, SE and GOG available for download. assumming I do have the latest version for SE then.

Update - oh right, another note is a mod called "battle fuck" initiated this one. I wonder if its possibly an issue with that mod. I do have defeat installed as well but since they are incompatable, I have defeat disabled for me only but left it on for the npcs.

GOG is for the GOG version. (i.e. the DRM free version of Skyrim available on GOG - Good Old Games as was - https://www.gog.com/en/game/the_elder_scrolls_v_skyrim_special_edition).
