reverse pickpocketing

I want to equip NPCs with some special props to limit their actions through reverse pickpocketing. Is there a mod to do it?

Use a follower framework like NFF. If the NPC is not normally in a follower faction you can force them to become one via this framework and then edit their apparel in any way you see fit. There are limitations though. for example Serana before completing "Prophet" can't be added. But it will work on almost all regular NPC's that are not in some way "special' (like Nocturnal during "Darkness Returns").
