Massive fps drop in third person.

Hi. I currently have this problem where the game fps will drop in third person. I can get around 60 fps in first person but as soon as I switch to 3rd person the fps drop to 20.
At first, I though it have something to do with HDT SMP physics so I switch the outfit and hair to static one but the fps still drop.
Save and restart the game fix it but it will happen again after a while when I moving to different cell. Anyone know what is the cause and how to fix this?

These are from your video. Side-effect of the underlying problem, or a hint? Based on this I'd say your issue is graphics related. I'd start with mods that have anything to do with DOF.

I don't think that have anything to do with the current problem. Its ENB DOF. It happen when the game stutter and freeze for a brief second. It only happen when I recording and not when playing the game. Perhaps because the CPU is choked since it have to recording in the background? I have that sometime even before the current fps drop in third person happen.

did you ever fix this issue? same thing happening to me
