Building a Hotel/B&B

I've just taken my sim on vacation and noticed there is a 0 (unless i missed one) accommodations for multiple sims from different families to rent, such as a hotel.

is there any mod/mods that allow this to become a thing, I'd love to be able to run a hotel/visit one whilst vacationing
