Shot cum's texture on NPCs

Okay. This is more than a request, it's a question. First: I know that the "Cumshot 2.3" mod is discontinued. But in the hypothetical case that it was not so: Would it have been possible to generate that, by aiming at an NPC and pressing the cumshot key, it would be stained with the ejaculation of your PC? Or would that have been impossible from the start? This is a question that has been on my mind since years ago when I installed the cumshots mod for the first time.

It is possible but it would require a separate script for applying the texture on impact, one that is found in the Cum On Anything mod.

I had not seen this mod. That's literally what I'd be asking about. Although the reason I didn't see it sooner is because I'm looking for mods for the Special Edition.
And in that version there is no similar mod at the moment.
