Brigade Posted September 3, 2013 Posted September 3, 2013 Just found saw this mod on the nexus http://www.skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/41443/.  Looks decent enough, although it's a bit light for my taste. So far it's only using UNP textures. Only reason I'm passing it through here is because something just looks off. I'm not sure if it's the shoulders, the waist, or the hands/feet, but something looks disproportionate. Almost alien. On closer inspection, the body is just quite a bit smaller than the head. Any thoughts?
Ryuukon Posted September 3, 2013 Posted September 3, 2013 The new UNP Topmodel is much better imo. Â http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/41051/?
DorkDiva Posted September 3, 2013 Posted September 3, 2013 The new UNP Topmodel is much better imo. Â http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/41051/? Â Â Thing is though, that dreamgirl one has no animation deformities, and if there are, there are really very subtle.. It bends and twists nearly perfectly. That is enough for me to keep interest. I am tired to death of the dislocated shoulder look during certain combat and wood cutting animations, not to mention several other ones where the arms and legs get ridiculous looking.Â
Guest wellbredbitch Posted September 6, 2013 Posted September 6, 2013 i have ditched sevenbase for this mod as of today. with the custom SG renewal textures and pubic hair uploaded today it iis the best body mod i've ever played.  i'm looking forward to the armor/clothing conversions for it with great interest.  my request is for a elegant vamp dress! dark red floor length and backless with a thigh high split.  some killer heels would be nice for effect, but as my girl is a a bloodsucking monster, bare foot is more in keeping with her nighttime hunting.  ps. your signature icon is my inspiration DorkDiva!  i strive for snow skinned, raven haired, red taloned undead beauty every day!  Â
Brigade Posted September 6, 2013 Author Posted September 6, 2013 I would switch to see what all the fuss is about, but I'm too attached to body slide. I was so happy when someone converted it for UNP, I spent hours hunting down compatible armor conversions.
Dagimpyman Posted September 7, 2013 Posted September 7, 2013 The new UNP Topmodel is much better imo. Â I'm not going to comment on the aesthetic issue here, because everyone has their own tastes (personally, I am not a fan of the topmodel body). However, if you look at it from a purely technical perspective, the Dream Girl body is actually quite impressive. The guy has been working on this since Oblivion days (I used to track it back then), so it's been in development for around four years or so. He literally built the whole body from scratch, and the extremely realistic rigging is the real gem here, as others have pointed out. Topmodel, on the other hand, is "merely" an alteration of the UNP body. Of course, that doesn't mean that it isn't a mod that deserves respect for the work put into it; it's just that Dream Girl is on a whole different level. Â Personally, I still use UNPB (Although I would like to see bodyslide for it).
Brigade Posted September 7, 2013 Author Posted September 7, 2013 What the hell. I'll install it whenever I start playing skyrim again.
Demonhunter Posted September 7, 2013 Posted September 7, 2013 It is superbly weighted and skinned to perfection, makes "us" amatures look like shit really, but apart from that. to slim for my taste's. and really to be honest the fact that my pc character has weird looking arms when posing etc. ive never stayed their long enough to care about it. but still, i tried the body and used pinup with it and O.O. Guy deserves a medal

Guy deserves a medal  It seems well made. The only issue I have with it is the issue I have with every body mod, which will never be taken seriously by any modder: Fake, implants, bulging, bubbly, unnatural. I understand that not all breasts hang down completely, but they don't look like they've had bowls stitched in under the skin.  Considering that this is my only major complaint, I'd say it's well made.
Demonhunter Posted September 7, 2013 Posted September 7, 2013 I do see your point, but like a great man/woman said. "You want somthing done right, Do it your self" so to be honest, it wont happen until someone such as yourself, takes this task on board and get's it rollin
Guest wellbredbitch Posted September 7, 2013 Posted September 7, 2013 it was good on it's own. now there is a custom texture for it to go with SG renewal. http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/41655/?tab=3&navtag=%2Fajax%2Fmodimages%2F%3Fuser%3D0%26id%3D41655 thank you Neovinci! the same author has included a separate file with two pubic hair options.  for the fur lovers like me!  and the first armor for it http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/41735//?  i'm well and truely smitten with this mod hehe!  i just slaughtered two giants with my trusty flintlock pistols, whilst wearing the kitten armor.  lorefriendly? not at all, but great fun!      Â
Guest GuyWhoAbruptlyDisappeared Posted September 12, 2013 Posted September 12, 2013 very good and not a ripoff, doesn't require dlcs I don't want, etc.
Ryu Posted September 14, 2013 Posted September 14, 2013 Quite interesting. I was impressed when I looked at the 3dsmax image showing perfect body curvature.Anyone planning to make a bodyslide preset for this? If yes then I might be more willing to work on armor conversions ;P.
Guest wellbredbitch Posted September 15, 2013 Posted September 15, 2013 the new mod snowball rolls on and a new clothing set appears. hooray!  http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/42001//?  there is also a new skin texture for peeps who have undead characters. i have, and now she looks great!  http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/42049//?  i look forward to typing Dream Girl in the search box every morning.  you never know what you will find!
Guest wellbredbitch Posted September 15, 2013 Posted September 15, 2013 Techprince has added Dream Girl as a body option to his range of very pretty followers. Celestine.http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/40915/?tab=3&navtag=%2Fajax%2Fmodimages%2F%3Fuser%3D0%26id%3D40915  Alayna. http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/40946/?tab=3&navtag=%2Fajax%2Fmodimages%2F%3Fuser%3D0%26id%3D40946  Mildred.http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/41916/?tab=3&navtag=%2Fajax%2Fmodimages%2F%3Fuser%3D0%26id%3D41916  unfortunately the armors they are wearing in his screenshots are cbbe bbp.
DorkDiva Posted September 15, 2013 Posted September 15, 2013 How are the wrist seams on those pale textures? If they are not too bad or non existent, I will use those, I like the look of them, but it is hard to tell in the SS for me.
Guest wellbredbitch Posted September 15, 2013 Posted September 15, 2013 Oh great and wise DorkDiva, salutations! i tried the original and it looked good.  no neck seam and smooth DG wrists and knees. there is a slight difference in the shade of white between the face and the body.  i tried using the " no bite marks " version. it looked the same.  i will be trying the vampire only version next.    is there a HVoS for DG on the drawing board?    Â
Brigade Posted September 24, 2013 Author Posted September 24, 2013 If you want to create a lot of conversions in a small amount of time, just fix up the UNP conversions to remove the seams at the ankles. Â The only reason to create your own conversions would be if you wanted to remove any and all clipping, which is the main purpose of the body. Hence the author made no effort to differentiate this body from UNP in terms of general appearance.
Mickster Posted September 25, 2013 Posted September 25, 2013 Personal preferences aside, from a technical standpoint it's the most well made body mod for Skyrim.
Brigade Posted September 25, 2013 Author Posted September 25, 2013 Which is why the final armor pack will have to be the most well made conversions for Skyrim.

Hence the author made no effort to differentiate this body from UNP in terms of general appearance. Â I would be willing to do armor conversions for Dream Girl body, provided that someone were to make it bodyslide-compatible. I already made an attempt, but so far the body is slightly too wide for me (I'm using a pretty slim UNP preset) .
greybahl Posted October 11, 2013 Posted October 11, 2013 I've started using this... Â I've used UNPB since it came out but the deformities when using BV and feeding on corpses is pretty bad. Â I am hoping this will fix it... just became a vampire so time to go feed! Â Would be nice to get some decent BBP armor mods.
Dwiss Posted October 11, 2013 Posted October 11, 2013 I switched to this body the moment it came out and have adjusted a few UNP armors so far for personal usage (mainly Nightasy's skimpy armors) plus some custom stuff i made for my char. When i get the time during the next week or so i try to package the stuff and release it. Will probably be just a big mesh-up then as i combine loads of different things on my chars and i am probably too lazy to seperate each and every set.
akroma3310 Posted October 26, 2013 Posted October 26, 2013 Would UNP outfits clip a great deal with this mod?
Arqtyk Posted October 26, 2013 Posted October 26, 2013 Well not that they are clipping, they're just reshaping the body to fit in. I see it pointless using them that way.
