Some very weird lag during gameplay for new vegas.

I am not sure how to fix this bug but somehow one of the mods from sexout is causing major spike of lag during gameplay, and since i am using several mods i have no idea witch one is causing this.

This my current newvegas list created by wreyflash. and i have no idea witch one is causing this.

I am also using stutter remover and some other dll that is suppose to make the game run better and also the 4gb enabler.
