i haven't been playing or modding FO4 since 2023 but i'm pretty sure there's nothing wrong with the mod since it's just some mesh replacements. Have you installed all requirements correctly before installing the mod? Can you confirm Unique Player is working? If all else fails try to manually move the files to the correct folders. Tbh i'm surprised people are even using this, it's just a quick and dirty workarround to use the body. If i return to Fallout i will make a better version if there is no better alternative yet but i have no idea when that will be, i'm currently playing other stuff and working on my own game.
