Rochndil Posted March 31, 2023 Posted March 31, 2023 Good morning. I was pleased when I came across the ACTUALLY female goat models in More Nasty Critters, and tried to drop the model/mesh and texture files into my game, but no worky (I don't run, or plan to run, Sexlab, SLAL, MNC itself, or any of the rest of that stuff). I'm fairly sure the goats' udders have an HDT dependency, and I don't use that (and no, I'm not going to install an entire physics engine just for goat boobs). Unfortunately, removing that dependency (if I'm even correct about that) is far beyond my feeble NifScope skills, so the question is, is there a version of the female goat model that CAN be dropped in without dependency issues? I googled around a bit, but if it's on a non-English site I probably missed it. Rochndil, who has got cows with better boobs (thanks to Mihail) and mares pretty much everywhere, so goats would complete the set...

Rochndil Posted March 31, 2023 Author Posted March 31, 2023 Welp, after banging my head against this for some time last night, I was about to try your suggestion when I tried to attack a different problem. The textures wouldn't render in NifScope unless I used absolute pathing, and in looking for a solution to THAT, I was watching a video about changing textures and the presenter mentioned working on Oldrim meshes vs. SE and the light came on. I ran the assets (meshes and textures) through Cathedral, and now everything is working (barring the weird deform when they lay down). SO, I was totally on the wrong track, but your suggestion helped point me in the right direction. Thanks! Rochndil, who now has to revert some mod changes he made that broke more than they fixed...
