A new settlement

I have just tried the Build Anywhere mod

This allows you to build an entire settlement from scratch.  Finding a place with level ground is almost impossible, but I lucked out.

I decided to build an outside vault. It has two main buildings, both are two storey buildings, one has indoor access to the second floor and the other has elevator access.

 

So far it is a work in progress:

My main cafeteria.  Everything is communal, even the sleeping quarters.

 

This is again a work in progress and I may add a third floor strictly residential.  I will update this  as I finish each stage.

Those vault-modules are cool.

Are they vanilla/DLC or from the mod?

I haven't yet discovered the vault 88 site and it will still be a surprise for me. But it is somewhere down the road, once I liberate the fort (maybe later this week)
