Black dildo remains attached to my sim's mouth.

During a sex act, a black dildo appeared attached to my sim's mouth but now it will not go away at all.

Is there a way to remove this from my sim? I've tried resetting the sim object via the debug cheat menu, as well as tried other animations.

As I recall, the item is located in a weird unrelated clothing category. I had this happen to me, but I eventually found it and was able to remove it. You might be able to use Sims 4 Studio to locate it and delete it. It doesn't sound like it's working anyway, if it's on your Sim's mouth, of all places.
