Downloaded high poly head off of there (High Poly Head - The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim - VectorPlexus (vectorplexis.com)) and a tiny bit paranoid about it being malware.

It is indeed. Why he settled on a version of the site name that contains a typographical error, I do not know but there it is.

server issues - when I asked about a year ago, the message I got is the site owner was caught out by international banking sanctions blocking payment for the original site name. so the solution was to register a parallel site and transfer content.
