Heya! So, Skyrim have a lot of mods where NPCs comment on the PC when NPC gets into the interaction zone of the crosshair. But i'm looking for mod when NPCs have a chance to talk about PC to each other, when PC come in location. For example, PC come in tavern and two NPCs have a dialogue:

First NPC: "Look at this! I am sure she looking for job here!"

Second: "I even know which "job", ha ha ha!"

BaboDialogue has something similar, but not so much. I'm looking for something based on the Sexlab Sexual Fame may be. Or SexLab statistic.

I assume you tried 'Sexlab Sexual Fame Comments' mod together with its voice pack? It adds a lot of those, it also adds some events based on fame but they can all be disabled. Sexlab survival adds some small comments. Sexist/derrogatory guards adds some comments as well https://www.loverslab.com/files/file/2959-sexistderogatory-guards-npcs-and-player-comments/

If you are using slaverun there is enforcer or whatever its called. YPS fashion has some comments about your looks.

@Karkhel these mods add the monologues of the NPCs to the player, but in these mods i have never seen how the NPCs talk to each other about the player

Oh sorry I misread that, nothing really comes to mind tbh.

I don't think I've seen anything like that, sadly. I assume it would be a lot of work to dynamically create scenes with whatever NPCs are present that make sense for the location, NPCs, NPC relation, and PC status all at once...
