Can Someone Help Me Find An Equivalent to Big D**k Problems Mod?

Hey everyone. SO due to the new pack "Growing Together" I've noticed I can no longer use one of my fav mods "Big Dick Problems" created by Sir Sleepy. 

I shot them a message asking if they can update the script so that it's useable, but I'm not sure if my message will be received because they haven't

logged on since 2022. So, wondering if anyone can help me find a mod that's equivalent and CURRENTLY useable? I appreciate you in advance if you can

I believe that Khlas has taken ownership of this particular mod and has been frequently updating it.
