More Trainers - Legendary Edition

Was surprised that a google search didn't turn much up, are there not any mods that adds more NPCs to the game for trainers? I'd love to have trainers for at least 3 stages of skill, like 1-33, 33-66, 66 to master.

 

Only mod I saw was every NPC is a trainer, don't care for that.

Thanks but an addendum, one that doesn't change the current training system entirely. Kinda breaks other mods

Thanks, but in my opening message said specifically NOT that one (should have mentioned it by name, so my bad) but thanks for the help. The 2 mods already mentioned are really the only 2 I've seen on Nexus when I searched, I was honestly surprised, unless many of them have been pulled or deleted in the many years of Skyrim.
