Low res/blurry hands w Eiries textures

Hey fellas,

 

 I recently tried installing Eiries textures on the Temptress body.  For some reason the hands come out really... blurry?  low res?  I don't think it's the texture's fault as I've seen plenty of Eiries pics without this problem.

 

 

 

What I don't get is that, since this is on a custom race, any other skin mods shouldn't be affecting it, right?  Any ideas?
