No Longer Player-Controlled NPC Sex? [SOLVED]

I posted this in the Wicked Whims 175c thread, but haven't had any responses.
 

In previous versions of WW, there was always an option to control NPC sex. Selecting a piece of furniture and then "Wicked > Sex > NPC Sex" you could select NPCs in the area and match them up to have sex independently from any played Sims. Was that removed from the current version? Or is there a setting I've missed that I just haven't re-enabled again?
