My xenotype Ui is broken/wonky

I got an issue with my xenotype UI where most of it is off the screen; I've tried changing the UI size but I can't increase above 1.25 because of my laptop and I can't increase my resolution above 1920 x 1080 either. I don't know if the problem is my mods but I need some help as I can't do anything when it comes to xenotypes and removing/adding characters

In case you (or someone else for that matter) wasn't able to solve their issue: Menstruation Cycle seems to cause this.
