How to Change Cleavage Overlay Tattoo to a Different Outfit Type?

I'm trying to change the outfit type of the Cleavage Overlay Collection by Pralinesims, but the altered version never shows up in my game whenever I change it to something else (face paint, freckle, accessory, etc.). I love the overlay, but I want to be able to make my female sims have the cleavage overlay and a lower chest tattoo at the same time, and the mod makes that impossible. If it helps, I tried just changing the outfit type to something different in S4Studio, but it doesn't work. I also tried uploading my altered file onto this post, but I kept getting errors when doing so.

 

I'm not very knowledgeable about TS4 modding or computers in general, so I'd appreciate it if anyone who has a better grasp on this kind of thing can help me out.

You can do that with TS4 CAS Tools by CMAR.

First, select a custom package in cloning tool, select an item, then click select all and clone.
Then go to clone package editor and choose a package you just made. Change part type to whatever you want, commit changes, save your package and that's it. 

Here, i changed this package type from tattoo to blush.

Kinda off-topic, but can you help me with one question? I dowload plantsim skin detail from here, this is full body tatoo, and unfortunately it's hide sim nipples. Is there way to fix this? And also change item type to birthmark?

You can change its type the same way i described in the comment above. As for the nipples, you could try using one of the mikoii nipples, but you also have to change its type from tattoo to skin detail or blush for it to work (blush is preferable because you may want to add some transparency to make it look more natural).
