What is the deal with the "Thread[0] SyncDone(Sync)" message?

Or in other words, what is the mod doing when it displays this message? I'm asking about this because often the animation is kind of reset during its execution with random results, like the animation restarting from the beginning or being interrupted and when I look in the console log at that exact moment of the problem, the log shows that the mod ran this "Thread[0] SyncDone(Sync) - Lag Timer: (some random number)". It is necessary? That from what I could see in the log my problems were being caused by this "SyncDone", almost always when it happens the animation starts to behave in some unexpected way.
