You should only need to disable it in wrye, and then build the patch, though if it is a master file for another mod, then wrye will not let you disable it, or rather it will, but will not then build a patch due to missing master file. Yes, every time you run a new bash it will happen, that is what bash is supposed to do merge level lists and other things, what you will need to do and most people never mention this when talking about bash patches is, load everything into xedit, then go onto the bash patch, and check through it, then manually edit the various entries to do what you want them to do, in this instance, you would need to left click and hold on the saren mods entry and drag across to the bash patch and it should change them to only use the saren level lists.

I check levellists section non mod mention overwrite can't find levellist npc(but sill overwrite WTF).Have another way to block saven mod not overwrite bash patch?
