Anyone know how to fix mod errors? <--- Mod Newb

I will say it and some people already know this but I am a mod noob. I have little to basic knowledge on what mods are and how to download them. I know how to clean dirty edits and use BOSS but that is about it.

 

Here's a quick description on what is happening to my game. I get random CTD's and lots of them. Even with fresh clean saves I can only get to about level 10 then the crashes start. I cannot fast travel, it crashes at various times during story progression (Whiterun becoming Dragonborn and College of Winterhold after returning books from Necromancer Lair.) 

 

Since after 3 days of constant crashes I decided to go outside my boundaries and do a crap ton of research. What I discovered is a crap ton of errors through TES5Edit. I only know how to clean dirty edits. Anyone know how to help with these errors? If it is too difficult to clean manually would I be better off to just start with a clean sweep? (Reinstall Skyrim, Nexus, and all the mods manually.)
