there is no follower, its just armor and weapons unless im missing something here

You downloaded the 2023 1.2 version which has no follower, click download and find the one labeled 1.9, it's an external link

hey i may be dumb but is the hair like a seperate item i see it logs itself in the console but i cant spawn it in? when i summon the npc she has it fine but like i can spawn all the items but the hair. how do i equip/get the hair?
