Is there a mod to spawn ONE random sim on-demand?

Hey, folks!

There is a More Visitors mod (https://littlemssam.tumblr.com/post/175405428333/more-visitors-custom-lot-trait-this-lot-trait) wich can start spawning random sims when you turn it on and stop when it's off.. plus it has to be added as a lot-trait first.

But is there a mod out there which can plain and simple allow you to just click on a ground (or something) and choose something like "Spawn a random sim here..." from the pie-menu?

 

UPD: Ooops! Sorry for bothering! There's a "Create sim..." option when you shift-click the ground... Damn! Why didn't I notice it before all this time?... ?
